So picture this: Your best friend is an adventure seeking, outgoing, hardworking person that never puts herself before others. She is there for you at any time, day or place. It doesn’t matter what is going on in her life, she is there for you. She can be friends with anyone, and frankly there isn’t anyone not attracted to her heartwarming personality. Myself and her had always dreamed of doing a trip together one day. Kind of like a, “Let’s put that on our bucket List” kind of thing. It wasn’t until recently that we started brainstorming about this “Bucket List Trip”. And then it just hit us, why not do it now? Why wait? You need do these things while you are young, and money isn’t a huge life stresser yet. Well it is, but not as much as it will be one day. I think that we often take for granted how young we are and the freedom we still have. College and University years are huge, and you may face your toughest points during these years. But you are still guaranteed your entire summer off, to do whatever you want. It seemed like perfect timing for both of us. So why not live these years to the fullest and experience what the world has to offer you. Pack a backpack, live off 5 outfits. Leave your blow dryer at home because there is no outlet for it there. Leave your high heels at home because there is no dress code. Life is never going to be more exciting than it is right now. And do it with your best friend, because there is nothing better than sharing the rarest of experiences with someone like them. You will carry the memories with you through all of your footprints, wherever they lead you in life. Trust me, you can afford it, and so can your mind. It deserves a vacation too.
