20 Mar A “must” patio to visit: Cabana Pool Bar

When you’re looking for a city escape, but you’re too comfortable with the glamorous Toronto lifestyle, finding a spot to hang out at can be challenge.  Cabana Pool Bar ($$$$), located at 11 Polson gives you the feeling of a swish hotel on Miami’s South Beach or a wrapped around a casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

At Cabana Pool Bar, the city’s biggest outdoor venue, you can get a taste of pool partying with good drinks, live DJs and a sweet view of Toronto.

Huge mostly-outdoor space with white tables and umbrellas, chaise loungers and all-white cabanas. Fancy beach resort vacation, only a few steps away from downtown – just add the “party all day” part. Great view, good music (often well-known, famous DJs), girls wearing their sexiest bikinis and high heels, guys all dressed up. Cabana has a variety of frozen cocktails, wine and beer. Cover is $20, plus $20 more for pool access where you’ll see everyone taking selfies.

Considered as one of the most popular playgrounds into an all-Canadian-by-the-lakeside wonderland with enough space to accommodate 2,500 sun-worshippers and seating for 850. Add in 12 elevated and private cabanas, another 42 oversized deluxe chaise lounges and an alluring 50,000 sq. foot enclosed patio.

With guest deejays and musical performances scheduled every weekend during the summer, Saturday’s music will feature mash-up, R&B and hip-hop, while Sunday’s will showcase electronic.

Cabana has a variety of frozen cocktails, wine and beer available as well as a full menu from Oliver and Bonacini. Several cocktails from the bar (they start at $7.50) and all delicious – very tropical and refreshing to go along with the pool atmosphere. The signature cocktail, the TOjitio, which customers refer to it as “very very good.”

A big number of the dishes from the menu, which run the gamut from nachos to fries to sushi to salads. Everything is fantastic. A favourite is the Sexy Fries ($12) which are fresh cut fries with parmesan and truffle oil.

Hope you all enjoyed my reviews 🙂 and found them helpful!
