22 Mar KEEP CALM, CAESAR ON

Now, aside from the cliche name, let’s talk about McDonalds salads. I chose to only review one because as you can probably tell I’m really not a salad lover. But we will review one just incase there are any salad connoisseurs out there reading this post. To your dismay, the salads at McDonalds are really not any better for you than the other meals, unless you order without the dressing, and if you do that, then you are sick. This salad is a rich lettuce blend, or so they say, with baby kale, and crispy bacon bits, but don’t forget the delicious parmesan petals and crunchy garlic foccacia croutons. I do love a caesar salad, so without the kale, this salad may hit the spot for me. I will give McDonalds props to their croutons. I love croutons and they do not serve a bad crouton at this place. You can order this salad with crispy or grilled chicken as your choice, or no meat at all. The chicken breast is 100% seasoned and it is from McDonalds so there’s no way this salad can’t be at least an 8/10 rating from anyone. I would give it an 8/10 because it’s lacking a certain amount of carbs for my style but still tastes good.
