• Overview: If I would be creating a brand of my own, it would be sportswear because I am a passionate of sports and everything that is related to being in shape and healthy. My brand would represent the healthy and simple life, that anybody can be an athlete, the garments will be comfortable and light, in different colors, shades and most importantly, sizes because it is never too late to get in form. Wearing this line is going to be a new way of showing what you love to do.

• Target Market: I want my brand to be open for every type of person, every size and every age starting from late teens and young adults. Any gender will be able to buy the products as well. There would be different styles for each age range. The customer that will by this garment will have an interest for being in movement inside or outside, in the gym or in the nature.

• Pricing Strategy: The price range would be more accessible for the teens and the students, so less expensive. Obviously, with more expensive fabrics the garments the price would be higher but, never exceeding the price of the competitor to stay accessible to everyone.

• Competition:

o NIKE: This company is king in the sports industry because they are always a step ahead of everyone with their new ideas and partnership with other companies like Apple and other celebrities. We see them everywhere in stores and everyone talks about them as well.
o ADIDAS: Other huge competition on the market thanks to their partnerships with high end designers like Yeezy and Alexander Wang. Furthermore, like NIKE their designs are really advance, trying to have affordable prices for their clients and giving a good quality as well.
o Under Armour: Specialise in the gym department, they are for sure an excellent competition. They develop new items to improve performance at the gym. Their goal is to have fun during training while being comfortable at the same time.
