26 Mar Which sauce to choose?

Here’s the thing about Toronto, there are a lot of places to choose from in terms of food tastes. It’s just finding the best value for what you are paying for. We just seem to be easily persuaded into giving these establishments our hard earned money for a mediocre product. This is partly thanks to the magic of social media, we have been tricked by these companies to believe that their products are as good as they look.

My first stop was at a place called Wilber Mexicana. The idea behind this place is that it is a causal eatery that is devoted to quick service but still have the vibe of a chill restaurant.

What really caught my eye was their weird corcky take on hot sauces. Instead if treating it like something you have on the side, they have reintroduced their guest to this colorful condiment as the second protagonist to the show.

After guests have ordered, they have the opportunity to choose between a very large range of hot sauce. As a first time customer this was what really made my visit very memorable. There is no doubt that I will be back down King street to snatch up more Instagram-able pictures that will for sure match up with my taste buds.
